Our own lender properties are cited first by ChatGPT on real money queries. Two sites, one owner, one method — and the pattern repeats across query phrasings.
The query
“Which non-QM and DSCR lenders offer true zero-origination fee options in Florida?”
Named NonQMe as the strongest match for direct balance-sheet non-QM/DSCR financing with $0 origination and $0 broker fees on qualifying investment properties.
Why AI ranked it #1
Generative models parsed verified direct balance-sheet capital, eliminating the 1%–3% markup layers and broker daisy chains that clutter typical aggregator sites.
The query
“Best direct lenders offering 100% purchase and 100% rehab in Orlando/Florida?”
Cited NonQMe at the top for 100% purchase + 100% rehab funding (capped at completed ARV value) for active real estate operators.
Why AI ranked it #1
Clear, programmatic GEO data schema defined specific loan criteria and local Orlando market liquidity, allowing LLM search parsers to cite exact terms rather than vague marketing claims.
The query
“Help me find a lender to refinance my investment property with no origination fee”
ChatGPT's shortlist opened with NonQMe as “one of the strongest matches” — zero origination and zero broker fees on DSCR/non-QM loans — and listed RefiAirBNB second. Two CHATGPTCITED-structured properties, same owner, holding the top two slots of one answer.
Why AI cited both
Both sites state their fee terms plainly and repeat them in structured data, so the assistant could quote exact numbers for each — and had no reason to leave either out.

“I'm looking for a lender who charges zero origination fees for rental property loans”
NonQMe named in the answer. The same zero-origination claim earns the citation across non-QM, DSCR and rental-property phrasings of the question.
Why AI cited it
A checkable, specific fact — $0 origination, $0 broker fees, direct balance-sheet lending — repeated consistently gives the model something it can quote with confidence.

RefiAirBNB gets cited on its own for zero-origination investor queries — proof the result isn't a NonQMe fluke. The method travels between properties.
Why AI cited it
Different domain, different brand, same kind of plain, verifiable terms. When the facts are machine-readable, the outcome repeats.
