What it costs to get cited

We build the site once, properly, then keep it current. A one-time build gets your business into a shape an assistant can quote. A monthly retainer keeps it there as the engines and your customers' questions change.

The build

Priced on pages, because that is what drives the work. Every tier is a complete, citation-ready site — not a patch on an old one.

Own the answer

$2,500per month

For the business that intends to be the one name assistants say.

  • Everything in Grow
  • Four new answer pages every month
  • Entity and authority outreach
  • Monthly citation reporting across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot

In every build

  • Structured data written and validated, not guessed at
  • Plain-English answers where marketing copy used to be
  • Sitemap, robots and metadata configured correctly
  • Your facts consistent everywhere an engine can check them
  • A launch report showing where you stood before and after

Timing, honestly: schema and formatting changes are usually picked up within two to six weeks of the next crawl. Entity authority work shows up over one to three months. Nobody can guarantee a citation, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Straight answers

Why build a new site instead of fixing the one I have?

Because most sites were written to look good, not to be quoted. Bolting structured data onto marketing copy rarely earns a citation — the page still has no plain, checkable answer inside it. Building once around the questions your customers actually ask is faster and cheaper than rewriting the same site twice.

What does the monthly retainer actually buy?

Maintenance and momentum. Engines change how they read sites, your programs and terms change, and new customer questions appear constantly. The retainer keeps your schema valid, your facts current, and adds new answer pages so you keep showing up as the questions shift.

Can I stop the retainer?

Yes. The build is yours once it is paid for, and the retainer is month to month. If you stop, the site keeps working — it simply stops gaining new answers and stops being checked when engines change.

How long before I see results?

Schema and formatting changes are usually picked up within two to six weeks of the next crawl. Entity authority work typically shows up over one to three months. No one can guarantee a citation, and anyone who does is selling you something.

Do you work with my competitors?

Not in lending. We will not take non-QM, DSCR, fix & flip or commercial lending clients, because that is our own market. FHA, conventional, VA and USDA shops are welcome, as is every other industry.
