By accessing or continuing to use CHATGPTCITED, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter a contract. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

We provide AI citation scans, audits, educational content, citation tools, consulting, website builds, and recurring optimization services. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased service for its intended business purpose and within your selected plan.

You must provide accurate, current information, protect account credentials, and promptly tell us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Build prices, deposits, billing frequency, and subscription prices are shown before purchase. Recurring plans renew monthly until canceled. The $300 discovery deposit is credited toward the agreed website build balance as described at purchase.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

You may not use the service to create or distribute illegal content, fraud, spam, deceptive deepfakes, hate or abusive content, malware, exploitation material, or content that violates another person's rights. You may not attempt to jailbreak safeguards, probe security, scrape without permission, disrupt systems, reverse engineer, bypass technical limits, or resell or redistribute the service.

You are responsible for your prompts, source material, published claims, and use of outputs. You must have rights to all submitted content and must independently verify outputs before relying on or publishing them.

AI and search results may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Outputs are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other regulated professional advice and must not be used for consequential decisions without qualified human oversight. Citation visibility is not guaranteed.

You retain rights in content you submit and grant Cunsultai a limited licence to host, process, reproduce, and transmit it only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use outputs created specifically for you.

Cunsultai retains ownership of CHATGPTCITED, its software, methods, templates, documentation, branding, site design, and other intellectual property. No ownership transfers except where a signed project agreement expressly says otherwise.

Send copyright, trademark, or other rights complaints with the affected material, your contact details, and evidence of ownership to moreinfo@chatgptcited.com. We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend repeat infringers or users who violate these terms.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your licence ends; we may retain or delete data according to our Privacy Notice and legal obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Cunsultai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit, data, revenue, or goodwill damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid us for the affected service during the prior 12 months. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud or liability for death or personal injury where applicable.

You agree to indemnify Cunsultai against third-party claims arising from your submitted content, unlawful use, or breach of these terms. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events reasonably beyond its control.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Cunsultai is established, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. The courts with jurisdiction there will hear disputes unless applicable consumer law allows otherwise. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, merger, financing, or sale.
