Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. This applies to eligible website-build deposits, one-time purchases, and subscription payments, subject to rights and remedies required by applicable law.

Visit paddle.net and provide the email address and order details used at checkout. You may also email moreinfo@chatgptcited.com for help locating your order.

Paddle, our Merchant of Record, reviews and processes refund requests. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing times may vary.

Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically request a refund for a previous payment. Submit a separate refund request within the 30-day period if needed.
