We also collect technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device identifiers, pages visited, referral information, timestamps, security events, and service telemetry.

• To provide scans, audits, citation tools, Academy content, website builds, subscriptions, and support under our contract with you.
• To answer quote requests and communicate about projects, purchases, and service changes.
• To protect the service, detect abuse or fraud, and enforce our terms based on our legitimate interests and legal obligations.

Information you submit to scanning or citation features may be processed by AI and search service providers to produce the requested analysis. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or third-party information unless you are authorized to do so.

We share information only as needed with hosting, database, email, analytics, security, customer-support, and AI service providers; professional advisers; and authorities where required by law.

Paddle is our Merchant of Record and independently processes information needed for product sales, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, and related customer service. Paddle's own privacy terms apply to that processing.

We use essential storage and cookies for security, sessions, purchases, and core site operation. We may also use analytics technologies to understand site performance. Browser controls can block or delete cookies, but disabling essential storage may prevent parts of the service from working.
